Though painstakingly tedious and time consuming to
write, Annual Activity Reports, Internship Agreement Forms, Letters of
Recommendation, Teaching Portfolios, and Curriculum Vitae are a necessary part of any TESL
educator's career. If you are writing these types of forms, it is a good
sign: this added responsibility means that you are moving up in the TESL
field. If you have never written any of these forms, it might be a good
idea to begin.
